Registration Summary
TO REGISTER, email great.hockey @ gmail.com - all potential participants (including potential captains) MUST register as individual free agents and provide their contact information (email and/or phone) and position(s) they play. All free agents will be up on the website - the list will be updated regularly. If you really cannot email yourself (for whatever reason), then contact any member of the O.C. with your contact information and position to register.
During the FREE AGENCY period, players register and talk to each other and decide who they want to play for.
Beginning April 19 at 11:59pm, teams can register. Any team that registers must only consist of players who have already registered (their names appear on the Free Agent list).
To officially register a team, the team must make (i) a non-refundable deposit of $100; (ii) have a minimum of 5 confirmed players. These players cannot be dropped after being registered.
The deposit/complete payment can be paid with the following methods:
- Pay online using direct deposit (if with RBC - contact great.hockey @ gmail.com for account details)
- Pay online using e-interac
- Pay online using AlertPay (address: rsf@vif.com)
- Pay online using the RS Foundation website (http://www.RSFoundation.ca) - credit card payments must include $5 for every $100 paid due to administrative costs.
- Give in person in the form of cash or cheque (made out to "RS Foundation" or "Fondation RS") to any of the OC (see Contact Us)
All teams must make their full, non-refundable payment of $300 no later than 11:59pm on April 30. Failure to do so will result in either a late fee of $25/day or automatic de-registration.
You can also select a team colour when you register - first come, first serve.
Players can still register after April 18, but will be placed on the Waiver Wire and are thus subject to Waiver Rules.
